A Woman: Not “Just” a Woman

“There is no limit to what we, as woman can accomplish “an inspired encouraging words from Michelle Obama. Stereotyping because of what our culture and tradition practices caged the belief of what already a woman can do. Passed by next generations who are curios and pleasing the change of mindset of aged people.  Do we deserved this because we are entitled as woman? Or it is just their standards of what a woman is expected to be.?

Many of those well-known individuals apparently empowering women stand the rights already of what is their place in the society. Most descriptions to them are fighters and inspiration. Maybe they are suck up to the idea of the limitations of their actions and voices. Yet it is a fact that, we have the variety and diversity of perceptions on “what and how an empowering woman can be”. I respect the idea that you can call an empowered woman even she chooses to stay home, to be with her family, to be a full time mother, well that’s noble, she’s empowered because she stands the beauty of sacrifices. But don’t forget to not belittle those women, they don’t need too. They are living heroes as well. Yes, they are housewives, but don’t limit them to stay like that, give them time to be themselves. 

On the parallel  idea empowered woman also stands with principles , like  as follows: establishing high level corporate leadership for gender equality, treat all women and men fairly at work – respect and support human rights and discrimination , ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of women and men workers,  these affirm high-level support and Nondiscrimination  to  establish a zero-tolerance gender-based discrimination and to  engage internal and policy towards all forms of  implement gender-sensitive violence at work, including external stakeholders in the recruitment and retention verbal and/or physical development of company practices and proactively abuse and prevent sexual policies, programs and recruit and appoint women harassment. Somewhat shows how tired of women seeing the hindrance and problems that leading abuses and torture to women. See on how capable of minds if women creating and stand these principals to fight for their dignity?

Also, to promote education, training and professional development for women, implement enterprise development supply chain and marketing practices that empower women and promote equality through community initiatives and advocacy, these principles circling on the opportunities to promote and recognize women’s across all business areas, leadership in, and contributions to expand business relationships and encourage women to participate in  their communities and with women-owned enterprises. Creativity, determined to cut the limitations of abilities is what these principles can be perceived. 

Comparison to these two ideas of how empowering woman can be, one thing that I think is essential to gift them is not just an applause but “respect”. Women principles differ on their kind of situations but similarly they wanted to see the world the change they can brought even they are entitled as a woman, but rather they would voice out that they are woman so they can do things possible for them. Let’s normalize this scenario, start the believe and supporting woman, see them as the strong one because they deserve to be. 

Future generations and present youth of Generation Z, cut the standards, let your dreams fly you wherever you wanted, stop the inequality, fight your own rights, prove the world what you can do, because you were born as a woman and not “just a woman”.
